Built for Scale
Our Jebel Ali facility is organised around flow, not clutter. Raw material comes in one end, moves through print, cut, mould, assembly and finishing stations, and leaves as a finished, packed piece. Large-format printers and wide CNC beds mean we build monumental work in-house instead of splitting it across sub-contractors.
The Machines Behind the Work
Industrial 3D printing in FDM, SLA, SLS and MJF handles everything from fine detail to structural parts. Flat-bed CNC routing and 5-axis carving shape wood, foam, acrylic and metal. CO2 and fibre laser cutters deliver clean edges at speed. For scale and lightweight strength, fiberglass fabrication, mould-making and resin casting take over — the same processes behind our largest public sculptures.
Materials That Perform
Choosing the right material is half the job. We work across PLA+, ABS, ASA, PETG, TPU and photosensitive resin for printing, plus MDF, plywood, acrylic, styrofoam, fiberglass, silicone and metals including aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel. Matching material to purpose is what keeps a piece durable outdoors, safe under load, or flawless under gallery lights.
A Workflow That Protects Quality
Every large build follows the same structured path: detailed 3D files, prototyping or simulation where needed, precision machining, then expert hand-finishing. Because we control every stage in one facility, quality checks happen continuously — not after a part has already shipped between vendors.
