3D Scanning of Physical Parts & Objects

Using high-resolution 3D scanning, 3DISTICA captures the exact geometry of physical parts, products and objects — from small mechanical components to large, complex shapes. The scan records every surface, curve and feature of the original, giving us a reliable digital starting point. From our workshop in Dubai, we scan parts for clients across the UAE, whether the item is brought to us or captured on site.

Reproduction of Discontinued & Rare Parts

When a component is no longer manufactured or spares are impossible to source, reverse engineering brings it back. We measure and model the original, correct any wear or damage in the digital file, then reproduce the part using the most suitable fabrication method. It is a practical route for classic vehicle parts, machinery components and one-off items that clients across Dubai and the UAE cannot buy off the shelf.

From Scan Data to Editable CAD Models

Raw scan data becomes truly useful once it is converted into a clean, editable CAD model. 3DISTICA rebuilds the scanned geometry into precise, parametric files that can be modified, dimensioned and prepared for manufacturing. You receive production-ready digital files that you own — ready for 3D printing, CNC machining, moulding or any future revision of the design.

Reverse engineering is not only about copying — it is an opportunity to improve. Once a part exists as a CAD model, we can strengthen weak areas, refine the fit, update the material choice or adapt the design to a new use. Broken or worn originals are digitally restored before reproduction, so the finished part is often better than the one it replaces.
